Company Verification
Companies must provide accurate business information for verification. LynkSkill reserves the right to reject or remove companies that do not meet our verification standards or violate our policies.
Student Information
Students are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, including skills, education, and portfolio data. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on LynkSkill are owned by or licensed to LynkSkill. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant LynkSkill a non-exclusive license to display and use it within the platform.
Limitation of Liability
LynkSkill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or interruption of service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bulgaria.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
